A Greeting Card

Experimenting with graphics. I did this little trading card in acrylic, then placed it on the bottom of an 8x11 sheet of copy paper, copied it and the folded it into a greeting card format.
I'm sure this is nothing new to so many of my artist friends, but it is all new to me.

  3. Joan - it's a great idea. Here's a little more to add to it - on one side of the copy paper print out your name, website address (and maybe title of your painting) so that it is at the bottom of the sheet.
Then lay your painting on the other end - facing the opposite direction and copy - voila! You've got instant advertising on the back of your christmas cards! Never never forget to market your work!!
    Have a good day,
    Judy

  5. Hi Joan... Thanks for visiting my blog. It is appreciated.
Nice to see your card and the painting that you used for it. Nice work!
This year I used "Nature's Christmas Tree" for my Christmas card. It is the same layout as yours.
Sorry about the fresh snow fall.. :~) Sounds like a "Winter Wonderland" in the making.

A Merry Christmas to you and yours.

    Take care.
