Harbor Crab Co.

A work in progress. This is what I accomplished yesterday. Still more tweaking to do. I wanted to complete it outdoors. Maybe I will return to the site to do just that.

We were fortunate enough to have Larry Johnston, a professional artist who was also painting with us. He gave me some really good tips that helped this painting. It was on verge of sinking into the river. Happy painting everyone.

  1. Lovely effect in the shiny water, Joan. And a festive study with all the colour!

  3. Hi Joanie,

Your group is constantly coming up with these beautiful places. Love your reflections in the water. It doesn't look like an easy subject but you mastered it. I can't wait to see the finished product.
