First Rose of Winter

A watercolor study of a Rose. We just got hit with another snow storm, 16inches. I have been busy working on my oils as well. So what's the saying? How to make lemonade when life hands you lemons. Happy painting everyone.

  6. Hi Joan, came over to see your lovely watercolor flowers...I do not envy your snow though. We barely missed it here. But the cold is still coming. Funny how painting flowers can put away the winter blahs. Thanks for coming over to my blog yesterday it is always good to hear from you!
