Paulson's Farm Lake in Oil

8x10 oil study of the lake. Still studying Brian Ryder's technique. Very interesting and not easy for me.

The second is also an 8x10 on mdf board that has been primed with a polyfilla and colored gesso. It's all so new and exciting.

I hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful spring like weather.

Have a great weekend.

Glad to see you back to your oils again!Your sketchbook hiatus really sharpened your senses and enthusiasm for sure... by the looks of these two beauties!

    Good Painting!

  3. Hi Bruce,

Thank you for the support. I have been in trouble with my new work. In learning a new technique it seems so strange and uncomfortable. I so very much appreciate your visits. I thank you kind sir.

    All the best to you
