New Blog Joan's Daily Journal

Good Morning everyone.  Still not able to respond or post comments. Until the problem is resolved I will be posting from http://jsicignano.blogspot.com/.  I have worked so hard and long on this blog I do hope the blogger.com can fix this problem.  Doreen, I did go into the design page and checked out other problems, that's another thing, no longer have the word Dashboard on top of my page, it's Design.  Strange stuff going on in Blogger Land.

Cousin Sue is visiting later today, and Vic, I couldn't leave a comment on your blog either.
Happy Painting Everyone.

  1. Hi Joan sorry that you are having problems.
I always seem to find quick answers by posting my issue in the Blogger help forum.
I would also suggest looking at this site, Real Blogger Status (http://blogging.nitecruzr.net ) just a great site, wealth of info.
But he has a article up about a recent tweak made to comments, your issue may be in there.
    Best of luck.

  5. Hi Joan,

Since the new Blogger Interface was introduced, they changed the word Dashboard to Design.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, it does not like the new HTML5 coding that has become very popular across the internet and a lot of Blog hosts use HTML5 now. IE really needs to get their act together. My blog footer does not show when viewed in Internet Explorer yet it is viewable in every other web browser because they update regularly to accept HTML5 coding. Internet Explorer just sees HTML5 as errors, hence it can a lot of issues. If you're using Internet Explorer, I'd suggest you try installing Firefox or Chrome.

Another thing re. you being unable to leave comments. A common fix for this is - when you first sign in to Blogger, make sure that the box that says 'Stay Signed In' is NOT checked/ticked.

    Good luck!
