Day 27

4x6 acrylic sketch on 140lb. hot press w/c paper

Well there is certainly a morning after, wow, we got 24 inches
and thank God, the wind wasn't bad enough to cut out
power.

I shoveled a path so that my little Monet could go out and
do his business.  He has his favorite spot in the yard.

I am happy this 30 day challenge is coming to an end, have no
intentions of doing this again.

I do hope everyone is enjoying the winter, happy painting everyone.

  1. I'm just catching up on your paintings and you've posted some lovely ones since I was here last. The challenge always sounds good in theory, but there are days I really had to force myself to get something done.

Sounds like you had more snow than I did here. I tried to measure it early this morning and it averaged about 16 inches where I could reach to measure. lol I did sit at my bedroom window and did a sketch of the snowy trees outside. Stay warm and safe! Warmer days are coming...

    1. Thank you Joan, I feel the same way about the challenge. We did get hit harder than other areas. I have the feeling the snow will be with us until spring. lol. Stay warm.

    1. Oh Hilda, you and me both, will we ever have beautiful days again. Everywhere I look is nothing but that white stuff. Oh to be young again and look at snow with delight.
Okay, maybe I still love it, but only in moderation, it is beautiful.
      Stay warm.
