Oil on paper

experimenting with Arches Huile paper for oils.

The photo is once again washed out, still learning about the Kindle Fire
and editing.

  3. The fall colors are beautifully painted, Joan. Glowing!
    I have not tried the paper yet because I didn't want to have to frame anything under glass - but seeing what a lovely result you achieved makes me want to try it.

    1. Thank you Julie, it's great fun painting outdoors using this paper. Yes, I think you may be right about the framing under glass. I know Marc Hanson, uses it and post it on his web sites for sale. Don't think he uses glass. I will do more research on this, and will get back to you.
